Guided by People Who Believe in Them
Pathway coaching and pastoral care is the centre of everything we do.
Students are guided over three years by consistent adult mentors — people who believe in them, challenge them, and help them see who they really are.
This isn’t about rescue. It’s about coaching, trust, and long-term connection.
